Our workouts at Wild Life Gym involve various equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, rings, barbells, and bodyweight exercises. Every class begins with a mindful warm-up that includes mobility work, followed by intelligent exercise sequencing based on the latest research in movement, strength, and conditioning. We aim to provide you with a comprehensive workout that maximizes the time you invest in it.
