Willmott Park Golf Club is a sports club in Melbourne, Australia. The club is currently undergoing an amalgamation with Craigieburn Golf Club and will be fully operational under the new name “Craigieburn Willmott Golf Club” by January 1st, 2014. The new club will operate from the club room located on the Craigieburn golf course.
The Craigieburn Willmott Golf Club will offer Saturday, Sunday, and midweek competitions for its members. Additionally, the club will field pennant sides with the V. G. L.
(Victorian Golf League). The current syllabus and competitions will continue to run as normal for the remainder of the 2013 season.
The amalgamation between Willmott Park Golf Club and Craigieburn Golf Club will bring significant changes to golf in the Craigieburn area. New club rooms are being built, and there will be improved cooperation between club golfers and course management.
