A cosy and familiar setting to practise in. So if you prefer to practise Yoga in the comfort of your own home, join me for our online Zoom classes. These classes are held every Monday from 7-8 pm and every Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am. The cost per class is $7, or you can sign up for two classes per week for $10.
Before joining the classes, you will need to complete a student health questionnaire.
For those who prefer in-person classes, Willow & Grace Yoga offers group Yoga classes at Bowerhill Village Hall in Melksham. The classes are held on Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15 pm and 7:30-9 pm, as well as on Thursdays from 9:30-11 am. The cost per class is $8 on Wednesdays and $9 on Thursdays. All levels of experience are welcome in every class.
Before attending any class, you will be required to sign a student agreement and fill out a health questionnaire.
Yvonne, the Yoga instructor at Willow & Grace Yoga, is passionate about making Yoga accessible to everyone. Her teaching journey began in 2014 when she fell in love with Yoga and decided to become a teacher. She completed the Traditional Yoga Association Foundation Course under the guidance of her teacher, Ben Parkes, and went on to graduate from the 500-hour Teacher Training Course in 2017. In 2020, she also became a qualified Yin Yoga teacher.
Yvonne's aim as a Yoga teacher is to help individuals explore their unique range of movement and connect with their hearts. She is there to guide and offer adjustments, ensuring the safety of her students, but she believes that the real magic of empowerment happens when students come together and create something beautiful.
Apart from regular group classes, Willow & Grace Yoga also offers corporate Yoga sessions. Yoga and mindfulness can be powerful tools for reducing stress and anxiety, bringing positivity and balance to the workplace. Yvonne is fully qualified, insured, and certified to provide corporate Yoga sessions tailored to the specific needs of each company. Whether it's a one-off event or regular sessions, Yvonne can create a programme that suits your company's requirements.
Looking ahead, Willow & Grace Yoga occasionally hosts special events such as the upcoming Yin Yoga & Gong Bath on Saturday, February 25th, 2023. This event will take place at Bowerhill Village Hall and will start at 1 pm, running until 3:30 pm. Participants can enjoy a calming Yin Yoga session led by Yvonne, followed by a soothing Gong Bath with Helen Twiss from Sunyata Yoga and Gongs. The event costs $25, and refreshments such as Pukka Teas, cakes, fresh fruit, and power balls will be provided.
