Riders must be 14 years or older, or have personal rider insurance if younger, and new clients are required to undergo a brief assessment before participating in hacking activities. During school holidays, Willow Farm organises day courses divided into groups of similar abilities, ranging from advanced to novice riders. These courses offer a fun and educational experience, allowing riders to gain confidence in equine management while being responsible for their own horse for the day. The courses are highly popular among the riders.

For an immersive experience, Willow Farm organises camps during the summer holidays. These camps span five days and are available for advanced, intermediate, and novice riders from 9 am to 4 pm daily. Lunch is included in these camps. Additionally, there is a three-day Pre-Novice camp, also including lunch.

For adult riders, there is a residential camp that lasts for two days and one night, with all meals provided. The camps offer various challenges and activities to keep riders engaged and entertained.

In addition to the riding school, Willow Farm Equestrian Centre offers livery services. Working livery is perfect for first-time horse owners who require assistance and support. Horses on working livery are available for lessons and hacks as required, allowing owners to ride, groom, and pamper them. Temporary tack or turnout rugs may be provided in some cases.

The livery yard, located away from the busy riding school, offers grass, DIY, part, and full livery options. The staff at Willow Farm are always ready to assist with livery horses if needed.
