With over 32 years in the game, Chris and the team are all about providing quality martial arts training for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, they've got something for you.
Their Taekwondo classes are split by age and belt level, making sure everyone gets the attention they need. Plus, there's an after-school program that's perfect for kids to learn martial arts in a safe and fun environment, helping them grow in character and confidence.

The crew includes some top-notch instructors like Master Eric Ah-Yuen, a 7th-degree black belt and 2-time gold medal World Champion, Omar Elamam, a 4th-degree black belt and certified personal training coach, and Jesse Eikenberry, a 5th-degree black belt and former Canadian-North American Champion. They’re passionate about sharing their knowledge and skills with you.
