This fun and practical class teach mothers techniques to optimise sleep, maintain calmness and balance during challenging days, and find focus and mindfulness amidst the multitude of emotions that accompany motherhood.
HypnoMothering is suitable for various stages of motherhood, including expectant mothers, mothers with babies under two years old, and mothers of preschoolers and beyond. The class includes rapid relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis for positive emotional resources, hypnotic time distortion for sleep, and a connexion to the baby and one's own natural instincts. Participants receive handouts, MP3 tracks, and refreshments during the class.
