

Mick Murphy, with four decades in Muay Thai, is a stalwart of the UK Muay Thai scene, having trained numerous champions over the years.
Woking Thai Boxing operates from Woking Leisure Centre, Woking Boxing Club, and The Dojo Woking. Catering for everyone, from beginners to seasoned fighters, they offer Muay Thai classes and fitness training for anyone aged 12 and up.

Classes run throughout the week:
- **Monday at Woking Leisure Centre (7:30 PM - 9:30 PM)**: Techniques, padwork, and fitness training with Chris Murphy, Mick Murphy, and Paul Boosey.
- **Wednesday at Woking Boxing Club (7:30 PM - 9:30 PM)**: Intense fitness, bagwork, padwork, and ring craft with Chris Murphy and Mick Murphy.
- **Thursday at Woking Leisure Centre (8:00 PM - 9:30 PM)**: Technique, padwork, clinch work, and fitness with Paul Boosey.
Payment is pay-as-you-go. Boxing gloves and pads are provided on Mondays, but bring your own gear for other sessions, along with protective equipment for sparring.
Mick Murphy, the founder, is highly respected and continues to nurture talent. Paul Boosey, a retired fighter, co-teaches Monday and Thursday sessions. Chris Murphy, Mick’s son and also a retired fighter, runs Monday and Wednesday sessions. Gerry Moriano, with an impressive fight record, brings old-school training and rich experience.
