Our Wolfcubs class, for children aged 7-8, focuses on more specialised training and emphasises teamwork. The Junior Kickboxing programme, designed for those aged 9-13, provides a mature learning environment and allows participants to progress at their own pace.

Finally, our Adult Kickboxing programme is suitable for individuals aged 13 and above, offering both basic training for beginners and professional-level training for advanced practitioners.
