Frequently Asked Questions
We offer programs for all levels of swimmers ages 5 and up, including training for competitive swimming. Our focus is learning to swim while building fitness, personal goal habits, and teamwork with expert coaching.
With the Acadia Pool closure in June 2025, we train at the Kings-Edgehill School pool (KES) and the Waterville pool. Please visit our schedule page to see training times.
