Welcome to the Sydney Illawarra Kart Club, formerly known as the Wollongong Kart Racing Club. Located in Sydney, Australia, we are a sports club dedicated to the thrilling world of kart racing. Our club hosts Sprint Kart meetings, including Club racing and State Championships, for our members and other Karting Club members affiliated with Karting NSW.
At Sydney Illawarra Kart Club, we are committed to providing our members and visiting kart racers with top-notch facilities and the best racing experience possible. Whether you're a seasoned racer or new to karting, we invite you to join our kart club, participate in our race meetings, or seek assistance if you're considering getting into karting.
Our club races out of Sydney premier Kart Park, utilising its private track, which boasts three different layouts. Our primary racing track is the 1024m 'long track', where our members compete regularly. Additionally, we are proud to be the host of the annual City of Sydney Titles, held on the longest track in Australia, the 32-turn 1700m 'mega-track' that utilises the entire SPKP facility.
