Additionally, she is specialised in pre and postnatal exercise programming, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of her training sessions for women during and after pregnancy. Sophie also focuses on the unique needs of women transitioning through the third age and menopause, offering specialised training programmes called MenoStrength.

Sophie's passion for women's fitness stems from her personal journey. Like many women, Sophie experienced a traumatic birth that led to pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, and postnatal anxiety disorder. Seeking an outlet for her mental health, she turned to fitness, but also faced further injuries due to the lack of understanding from fitness professionals about her condition. This experience compelled her to become a personal trainer, establishing her own studio to support women looking to improve their fitness and quality of life.
