We understand that for some women, training in a women-only environment can be more comfortable. That's why we have added a class specifically for women aged 16 and above. This class allows for a supportive and empowering experience, where you can learn self-defence techniques in a safe and inclusive environment. So, whether you're looking to boost your confidence, stay fit, or just have some fun, our women's class is perfect for you.
