Lisa here from Woodbridge Academy of Gymnastics wants to give a shoutout to everyone in our sports community! Our club in Woodbridge offers great training and coaching in gymnastics. Lisa started this whole thing to provide a supportive place where athletes of all ages and skill levels can thrive.
We've got an amazing facility with top-of-the-line equipment and spacious training areas. Our coaches are experienced and certified, ready to help each student achieve their best. Whether you're just starting out or aiming for the big leagues, we've got the tools and expertise to get you there.
And it’s not just gymnastics! We also have dance classes for those of you wanting to explore your artistic side. Our dance program focuses on technique, creativity, and expression, making it a fun way to develop your skills and passion.

We offer recreational gymnastics, competitive teams, holiday camps, and birthday parties at our facility. Programs are led by Gymnastics Ontario certified coaches.
