Woolgoolga Performing Arts Studio (WPAS) is a vibrant and dynamic dance school and performing arts theatre located in Woolgoolga, Australia. From classical ballet to contemporary jazz, WPAS offers a wide range of dance genres for students of all ages, levels, and interests.

The preschool programme includes exciting classes such as Fairy Feet Ballet, which introduces classical ballet through creative and imaginative role-playing, as well as fun props. This class is suitable for both boys and girls and helps them learn the fundamentals of ballet technique in an enjoyable and engaging way. Another popular class is Razz Dazz Jazz, designed for older preschoolers who are about to start Kindergarten. In this class, students warm up, stretch, and learn progressions across the room, including skips, kicks, and basic turning skills.

They also put together a dance routine for recitals and concerts.

For children aged 5 to 7 years old, WPAS offers the Intro Combo Jazz & Ballet class, which provides a great introduction to various dance genres. The class starts with ballet and then transitions to jazz, allowing students to explore different styles and develop their skills. There is also an Intro to Musical Theatre class, where young ones are introduced to safe vocal techniques and learn improv and acting games, giving them a taste of the world of Broadway.

For older students aged 6 to 9 years, WPAS offers the Junior Programme, which includes classes such as Junior KLT, Junior Hip Hop, Junior Lyrical/Contemp, Junior Tap Grades, Classical Ballet (by ability, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3), Junior Adv Musical Theatre, and Junior Adv Acting. These classes cater to students who have already developed a foundation in dance and wish to further enhance their skills.
