Niyuddha is an ancient Indian martial art and weaponless self-defense practice taught by the World Niyuddha Federation (Reg.) in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The federation presents Nihyuddha Kride as both a sport and a method of building physical and mental fitness. It also supports affiliations with other martial arts styles such as Judo, Karate, Kung-fu, Taekwon-do, wrestling, kickboxing, and Jeet Kune Do through its martial arts community and training units.
