Join Wren Yoga Manchester and meet Jenni, your warm and knowledgeable yoga instructor. With over a decade of personal practice, she aims to make yoga an enjoyable and integral part of your life.

Jenni offers a variety of classes, including Pregnancy Yoga, Baby Yoga & Massage, Toddler Yoga, and Hatha Yoga Flow. Her Pregnancy Yoga sessions help expectant parents prepare for birth with gentle stretches and breathing techniques, starting from 14 weeks into the pregnancy until the birth. It's also a lovely chance to bond with your unborn baby.

Baby Massage classes provide a perfect way for parents to connect and bond with their babies through gentle touch, suitable for little ones from 6 weeks old until they start moving around. Mum and Baby yoga is all about sharing a joyful, interactive experience with your child, with stretching, singing, and fun activities for babies 8 weeks and older.

Once a month, Jenni hosts Dads Yoga & Massage workshops, offering a chance for fathers or partners to learn basic techniques to soothe and calm their babies. It's a great way for dads to bond with their little ones while mums enjoy a relaxing hour off.

Classes take place at Transcend Studios in Eccles, and you can book your spot through the studio's website. There are also free weekly classes in Clayton at Seymour Road Academy, but these are popular, so it's best to email in advance to secure your place.

Wren Yoga Manchester also hosts exciting events, like the Mumbies & Mini Monsters Halloween party. Keep an eye on the schedule for these fun activities! Jenni teaches adult yoga at David Lloyd Cheadle from Sunday to Thursday, available for members.

Jenni's teaching style combines classical Hatha yoga with flowing sequences, encouraging everyone to try something new, focus on their breath, and learn to let go. Her classes welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis.
