Xtreme Gym - Entraineur Priv is a personal training service located in Sherbrooke. With over 40 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in physical education, our trainers are dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. We are proud to be affiliated with the Canada Coaching Program, with one of our trainers achieving a top three placement at Mr. Canada five times.

Our trainers specialize in a range of areas including weight loss, weight gain, general fitness, and multi-sport training. Each program is tailored to the individual needs and expectations of our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support on their fitness journey. In addition to in-person training sessions, we also offer online coaching and support through our YouTube channel.
