The Yin Yoga practice offered in this series will specifically focus on the heart and small intestine meridians, which are two pathways related to maintaining balanced fire energy. This gentle all-levels class is suitable for everyone, including those new to yoga, individuals with injuries, and those who are pre- or postnatal. Modifications and props will be provided to support your practice and ensure a safe and nurturing experience.
