YogaMaya is excited to announce the upcoming Yin Yoga Teacher Training on Anatomy & Theory event happening in Calgary! This comprehensive program is perfect for yoga teachers and students of all levels who are looking to expand their knowledge and teaching skills in Yin Yoga.
Led by an experienced instructor, participants will delve into the depths of anatomical and structural insights that will greatly enhance their teaching approach and deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga. Through a mix of lectures, videos, hands-on learning, and exploration of skeletal variations, participants will gain the confidence and creativity needed to effectively teach Yin Yoga.
The curriculum follows the teachings of Yin Yoga pioneer, Paul Grilley, and participants will earn Continuing Education Hours recognized by Yoga Alliance and The Yoga Studio College of Canada. This 4-day intensive training will take place from May 17 to 20, 2024, at our Confederation Park Location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
