With a mission to promote overall health and wellness, the YMCA offers a wide range of programs and services to more than two million people every year across 1,700 locations.

The YMCA of Eastern Ontario, which includes Kingston YMCA, was formed through the amalgamation of the YMCA of Brockville and Area and YMCA of Kingston in April 2019. This merger has allowed the organization to strengthen its purpose and expand its reach, with new programs and services now available in Gananoque and North Grenville. The YMCA of Eastern Ontario remains committed to its charitable purpose of promoting growth in spirit, mind, and body, and fostering a sense of responsibility to the global community.
Led by a dedicated Board of Directors, including Chair Charlotte Patterson, Vice Chair Kristin Smith, Treasurer Mike Gaylord, and Secretary Susan McAllister, Kingston YMCA continues to be a beacon of support and inspiration for the community.
