They offer LGBTQ+ awareness raising and training, Understanding Young Carers training, and also partner with Glyndwr Uni for senior leader training.

Support and advice are the core pillars of the organisation, and they have dedicated programmes in place to provide trustworthy and confidential support to individuals. This includes LGBTQ+ Youth Support and Progress & Wellness Counselling.

Additionally, YMCA Swansea is committed to providing safe housing options for individuals. Their Detached Youth Work programme aims to ensure that every person has a safe place to stay and access to the support they need.

They offer venue hire services for events and have various social businesses operating within the hub.
