YoCo Holistics

Welcome to YoCo Holistics, a wellness centre in Folkestone, New Zealand, founded in 2011 by holistic therapist and yoga teacher Kelly Griffiths. Formerly known as Trinity Clinic, YoCo Holistics is dedicated to providing personalised and effective holistic services to support you on your journey towards a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a more nurtured inner being.

At YoCo Holistics, we offer a range of holistic services including colonic hydrotherapy, massage therapy, and yoga classes. Kelly Griffiths, the therapist and yoga teacher at YoCo Holistics, is a certified holistic therapist with training in various therapies such as different massage styles, nutrition, naturopathy, vegan nutrition, and colonic hydrotherapy. She is also a fully qualified yoga and dance teacher.

Kelly's passion for yoga began during her time studying for her BA in Philosophy and Dance in London. She started teaching yoga to fellow students at University and went on to receive an MFA in Dance Choreography in 2008. She furthered her dance training in New York City where she also delved into her yoga practise and studied health and detoxification methods. It was during this time that she discovered the wonderful benefits of colonic hydrotherapy.

Upon returning to England in 2009, Kelly worked as a part-time dance teacher while training to become a qualified therapist in various accredited therapies with the goal of becoming a fully qualified colonic hydrotherapist. She received her CH diploma from IPCH in 2012. Additionally, Kelly obtained her Qualified Teacher Status in 2014 and participated in teacher trainings in yoga and pregnancy yoga in 2016. In 2017, she decided to focus her attention on YoCo Holistics and her growing family.

Kelly believes in a holistic approach to health and aims to create a safe and stress-free environment at YoCo Holistics. Whether through treatments, consultations, or classes, her goal is to help you cleanse your body, free your mind, and nourish your soul. As B. K.
