You can drop in and pay cash or card at the studio, or pre-book a class online—whatever works best for you. No prior yoga experience is necessary, making it perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
During the class, Dave will guide you through Vinyasa practice, focusing on synchronising breath with movement. Emphasis is placed on listening to your breath and being present in the moment. Each posture can be adapted to suit your body, with options to rest or modify as needed.
