Join Charlie Kirk for yoga classes at the Star Hall in Mayfield, Newcastle. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced students. Additionally, there are separate chair yoga classes available for those with physical challenges. The classes aim to provide tools and information to enhance your yoga practice.
Charlie named the classes Yoga-dendrum after the Epidendrum (Crucifix) Orchid, symbolising growth and development in the practice. Please note that there will be a price increase starting from the first class after Tuesday 11 April 2023. Full-price classes will be $17, while concession price is $12. Chair classes and all Zoom classes will be $12 for everyone.
All classes at Yoga-dendrum follow current NSW Health guidelines, and attendees must be vaccinated and not unwell. The timetable includes various classes throughout the week, with Zoom options available for most of them. Attendees via Zoom are requested to inform in advance.
Yoga-dendrum is a registered COVID-safe business, and participants must bring their own mats. It is also recommended to bring a blanket for the yoga nidra. Props will not be provided, so please bring your own if required. Payment can be made in cash or via EFT direct deposit.
