About
Experience a unique Hatha Yoga class for men with Awareness Energy Tantrique on the Plateau in Montreal at Play Pause. This class offers a chance to step out of one's comfort zone and celebrate masculinity through the practice of nudity. It's a great opportunity to circulate libido and experience nudity in a non-sexual context. Group sessions bring together 10-18 participants for a blend of pranayama, asana, savasana, and meditation.
This Spring-Winter 2024 session is held on the Plateau Mont-Royal and offers courses for 4, 8, or 12 weeks at various timings and prices. Please note that these classes are exclusively for men and regular attendance is encouraged for optimal learning and familiarity. Led by Mathieu, a yoga practitioner since 1998, participants can expect teachings rooted in non-dualistic Vedic principles and Hatha yoga.
