YOGA3 invites you to join a Laughter Yoga session on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 7:15 pm. Laughter Yoga is a practice that allows you to laugh freely, without constraints, to stimulate the body and mind. This approach, based on breathing exercises and laughter, was developed in India in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria. By laughing, you bring more oxygen to the brain, reduce blood pressure, improve blood circulation, and decrease stress and muscle tension. Laughter also promotes connection with oneself and others, increases energy, creativity, and good mood. During this session led by Annie, you will let yourself go with contagious laughter, in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. She will guide you through warm-up exercises, moments of laughter, and guided breathing to release stress and tensions, have fun, and reconnect with yourself.
