Welcome to the Power Living Community! The Yoga club, Power Living Manly, is part of a larger family of studios that all offer a warm and inviting atmosphere. These studios serve as a sanctuary from the chaos of everyday life, allowing you to move, relax, and reconnect with yourself to find a sense of balance. Through our classes, we aim to provide you with a modern and accessible yoga practice that will enrich your life, both physically and mentally.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or just new to Power Living, we want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience with us. Here are some useful tips to help you get started on your yoga journey:
- To book your classes, you can visit our Studio Timetable page or download the MINDBODY App. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.
- Prior to your class, please arrive at the studio and check in with our friendly staff at the front desk.
- If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking, we allow cancellations up to 2 hours before the class with no penalty.
- Our class schedule is available for booking up to 7 days in advance. If a class is fully booked, don't worry! You can join the waitlist, and if a spot becomes available, you will automatically be moved into the class.
- For those who enjoy a bit of heat during their practice, our classes are heated to a comfortable 30 degrees Celsius, which helps increase flexibility and promote detoxification. However, we also offer non-heated classes for those who prefer a cooler environment.
