Yes, everyone can practice Tai Chi or Yoga regardless of flexibility or fitness. Sessions are designed for your individual body and personally created to benefit work and lifestyle.
We provide on-site Tai Chi and Yoga instruction in your home or office at times that are convenient for you. Classes can also be taught in conference rooms or corporate wellness centers during lunch, before and after work.
Sessions last for one hour, and a minimum of two sessions per week is recommended for optimal results.
