Led by experienced yoga instructors and mother-daughter duo, Frani and Ayla Wilde, this retreat will help you reconnect with nature and yourself. With a combined international teaching experience of 17 years, Frani is also a talented physiotherapist and Ayurvedic health coach, while Ayla has been teaching workshops and retreats in Australia for the past 6 years.
Throughout the retreat, participants will have the opportunity to practice yoga, snorkel, and take in the stunning scenery of the Whitsunday Islands. The itinerary is subject to weather and tides, but rest assured that the organisers have extensive knowledge of the area. Optional activities include morning stretches and meditations, group workshops, guided relaxations, and Ayurvedic cooking classes with Frani.
Accommodation will be on a 76ft ex-racing maxi sailing yacht called Broomstick, with dormitory-style open-plan sleeping below deck. The retreat is all-inclusive of food, bedding, yoga mats, filtered water, and snorkeling equipment. Please note that the accommodations are basic but comfortable, and the menu is vegetarian.
To participate, it's important to be able to manoeuvre comfortably on a sailing boat under sail. The retreat requires a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 upon booking, with the balance of $1099.00 payable 2 weeks prior.
