Join Sahha Wellness, the local Yoga club in Randwick, for a fantastic 60-minute class focused on developing the foundation of yoga. Throughout the program, we'll be delving into the Meridians that govern metabolic body energy, specifically focusing on the Heart and Small Intestine, which are fired up during Summer.
When the fire element is in balance, you'll experience a strong and healthy heart, a calm mind, and sound sleep. To help you achieve this balance, we'll be incorporating Ayurvedic practices, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and Yoga Therapy into our sessions. Prepare to connect with your inner nature and build strength from the earth, as we strive to bring harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
What's even better is that you'll be practising alongside a like-minded community of locals. We pride ourselves on providing a supportive environment where everyone can flourish. Here are the dates to mark in your calendar: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th of the month, from 6-7pm. We'll be meeting at the Randwick Community Centre, located at 27 Munda St, Randwick. Our classes take place in the sustainability park garden, just outside “The Classroom.” In case of wet weather, don't worry! We'll seamlessly shift our classes to Zoom, so you won't miss out on your yoga fix.
