Led by the experienced and knowledgeable Jude Bird, Yoga4healthuk's Yoga Teacher Training Courses are designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to teach 'Modern Yoga and Relaxation' classes in a safe and effective manner. But even if teaching isn't your goal, this course will still enrich your understanding of Yoga.

Throughout the course, you will explore a wide range of fascinating topics, including the history and philosophy of Yoga, its numerous benefits, mudras and bandhas, pranayama techniques, mind practices, as well as an introduction to anatomy and physiology. With practical teaching exercises and opportunities to practice teaching a Yoga class, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience.

The training takes place over 2 days in Caerphilly, where you'll dive into both theory and practical teaching. You'll learn about essential aspects such as warming up, sequencing, Yoga nidra, and relaxation. Homework, practice teaching, and lessons on teaching skills, ethics, contraindications, health & safety, and Yoga business are also included.

To support your learning journey, you will receive a comprehensive Teacher Training Manual filled with valuable resources. Theory lessons can be completed through home study, and as part of the course requirements, you'll need to attend a weekly Yoga class with Jude or another qualified Yoga Teacher to obtain your 'Yoga4healthuk Yoga Teacher Training Diploma.'

Learning with Jude is not only informative but also enjoyable. You'll engage in a mix of theory, practical lessons, and plenty of teaching practice. Simple tests or tasks for completion at home will help reinforce your knowledge, and a formal practical assessment will be conducted to evaluate your progress.
