Experience the perfect blend of yoga and whitewater kayaking or canoeing at the Yoga Whitewater Week 2024 hosted by Madawaska Kanu Centre in Barry's Bay, Canada. From July 8th to July 12th, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of whitewater while also practicing yoga to enhance their paddling skills.
Led by experienced instructors Jess and Nate, who have a passion for both yoga and paddling, participants can look forward to enjoying a unique and active vacation at the beautiful Middle Madawaska River in Barry’s Bay, Ontario. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced kayaker or canoeist, as well as a novice or experienced yogi, this event is suitable for all levels.
