For over five years, Claudio has assisted his mentor, Hamish Hendry, at AYL, shaping a teaching style that views yoga as an essential part of daily living. His classes focus on creating a personalised experience, meeting the unique goals of each individual.

With a strong background in biology and sports massage, Claudio integrates anatomical knowledge into his sessions. His passion for freediving influences his emphasis on breathing practices, bringing balance to the nervous system. Claudio has furthered his expertise through professional development courses with notable instructors like Richard Freeman and Jim Harrington.

Claudio is also a BTEC Level 5 Remedial Sports Masseur and Cranio-Sacral Therapist. He leads teacher training for Path of Yoga, continually expanding his knowledge in the field.

YogaAlchemy offers diverse classes, both online and in London studios. Online classes operate on a pay-as-you-like basis, starting from £8 to £15. Studio options include Mysore sessions and led Ashtanga classes at various London locations.

YogaAlchemy retreats, such as the Ischia Yoga Retreat on the volcanic island of Ischia, provide a unique blend of yoga practice and nature’s healing. Participants enjoy twice-daily yoga sessions, vegetarian meals, and the island's famous hot springs.
