Time went on, we realised the immense benefits that yoga and meditation brought to our lives, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. This led us to establish Yoga at the Mill in Chelmsford, with the intention of creating a space where others could also experience these transformative practises.
At Yoga at the Mill, we believe in nurturing the mind, body, and soul through yoga and mindfulness classes and retreats. Our primary goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where students feel comfortable and supported in their practise. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, we have classes suitable for all levels.
Co-founded by Lucia and Darren, who have a combined experience of 50 years in the industry, Yoga at the Mill has established itself as a trusted and respected yoga studio in Chelmsford. We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and have been recognised by independent website Three Best Rated for many years running.
What sets us apart is our dedication to providing mindful and sensitive teaching. We have hand-picked a team of talented teachers who are passionate about helping students grow and evolve on their yoga and mindfulness journey. Our small class sizes ensure individualised attention and allow us to create a supportive and inclusive community.
In addition to our in-studio classes, we also offer live-streamed classes, allowing students to practise from the comfort of their own homes. Our schedule includes a variety of yoga styles, such as Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Beginners, catering to different preferences and needs.
In addition to regular classes, we also offer workshops, retreats, and special events throughout the year.
