While her style can be categorised as vinyasa flow, she integrates various Yoga disciplines to create a unique and harmonious practise. Amor incorporates both traditional and non-traditional movements and asanas, emphasising a functional approach to Yoga.

In each class, Amor introduces a theme or peak posture, guiding students through pranayama (breathing techniques), meditative practises for increased awareness, yoga postures (based on foundational families of postures), and concludes with savasana, or relaxation pose. Students can expect a mindful flow in the Mindful (Krama) Flow class, which combines fluidity with gentleness. This class is suitable for those who prefer a slower pace without compromising on challenges. The Vinyasa Flow or Power Flow class, rooted in Ashtanga yoga, is more fast-paced and focuses on linking asanas with breath, emphasising smooth transitions and building up to more complex postures through a step-by-step progression known as vinyasa krama.
