Dr Mala believes in yoga's profound impact on well-being, offering a grounding experience that improves physical, mental, and spiritual health. Holding extensive training from India and the UK, her classes draw from traditions like Krishnamacharya, Iyengar, Kundalini, Shivananda, and the Bihar School of Yoga.
