What should I wear to a yoga class? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings or yoga pants and a t-shirt. You can practice yoga barefoot or wear grip socks if you prefer.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat? While we do provide mats at the studio, we encourage students to bring their own mats for hygiene purposes. If you do not have a mat, we have mats available for purchase.
How often should I attend yoga classes? The frequency of your practice depends on your goals and schedule. We recommend practising yoga at least two to three times per week to see noticeable improvements in flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
