Zara would like to welcome everyone to Yoga Fleur, nestled in the scenic town of Stroud, UK. With 15 years under her belt, Fleur Handley, the brains and heart behind Yoga Fleur, is excited to help the community dive deep into their yoga journey.
Fleur designs her classes to reflect the true spirit of yoga, guiding students to explore their unique connection with this ancient art. Yoga Fleur aims to provide a space for everyone to let go, challenge themselves, and find balance in body and mind.
Zara believes yoga isn't just about fancy poses; it's about mental clarity and balance. At Yoga Fleur, students learn to unify opposites – like light and shadow, ground and growth, and inner stillness with outer expansion – through mindful practice.
Fleur's classes offer a dynamic mix of empowering postures, alignment focus, and meditative stillness, all centred around breathwork. Her rich training journey began at the Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India in 2007, and includes studies in Anusara, yoga therapy, yin, and Forrest yoga. This blend shapes her unique teaching style.
Beyond yoga, Fleur is a professional massage therapist committed to holistic healing, complementing her yoga practice and enhancing her students' well-being.
