A: It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat for hygiene purposes, but if you don't have one, mats are available to borrow. We also provide other props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps to support your practise.

A: Absolutely! Our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Stacey, the instructor, will provide variations and modifications to cater to different abilities and ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
Q: What should I wear to the classes?
A: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. It is best to dress in layers, as you may become warm during the practise. Yoga is done barefoot, so no special footwear is required.
Q: Is yoga suitable for older adults or those with physical limitations?
A: Yes, yoga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Stacey is experienced in adapting the practise to accommodate older adults and those with physical limitations. It is always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme.
Q: How do I book a class?
A: All classes can be booked online through our website. Simply select the class and time you wish to attend and follow the booking instructions. It is recommended to book in advance to secure your spot, as spaces are limited.
Q: What are the prices for classes?
A: Single classes are priced at 10 per session. We also offer block bookings where you can purchase a block of 5 sessions for 45 or 10 sessions for 80. These passes can be used flexibly and do not need to be used consecutively.
At Yoga for All Canterbury, Stacey Butler aims to create a relaxed, inclusive, and welcoming environment. Her classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, background, or ability. Stacey combines breathing exercises, flowing postures, and relaxation techniques in her Hatha Yoga classes, adapting each area as needed to meet individual needs.
Classes are held at two locations in Canterbury. On Mondays, the class takes place at Chartham Village Hall from 7-8pm. On Fridays, the class is held at Canterbury College from 7-8pm. Class prices start at 10 per session, with options for block bookings available.
