Our ongoing weekly classes feature GRIT&Grace Alignment Flow at three different levels – Gentle, Moderate, and Vigorous. This dynamic practise combines moving with the breath and anatomical alignment for a sustainable and informed experience of body and mind. We also offer Mindful Yoga Flow, which integrates the teachings of mindful awareness with physical yoga practises.
