Laura Taylor is the founder and lead teacher at Yoga Leaf. She discovered yoga in 1999 while living in Australia and was inspired by its transformative power on physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Laura has studied Ashtanga yoga with various teachers including Louisa Sear and Sri Pattabhi Jois. She is dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with others and has taught in various community venues, primary schools, and organisations supporting individuals in recovery and those experiencing homelessness.
Laura's passion for teaching yoga is evident in her down-to-earth approach, enthusiasm, and warmth. She strives to create a supportive and nurturing environment in her classes, where students can explore and deepen their yoga practise.
