Yoga Light, located in Randwick, is a haven for those seeking inner fulfilment and a greater sense of well-being. Led by Dianne, a seasoned yoga practitioner and instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience, Yoga Light offers a range of classes and personalised guidance to suit each unique student.
At Yoga Light, they believe that yoga is more than just physical exercise, but rather an art of healing that allows individuals to connect with their inner selves and find peace and clarity amidst the chaos of everyday life. Through a combination of yoga postures and a calm and focused mind, students are able to clear energetic and emotional blockages, resulting in not only a more flexible body but also a sense of lightness, improved health, and a deeper connexion to their spiritual selves.
Classes at Yoga Light are designed with individual attention in mind, recognising that each student is unique and requires a personalised approach to cater to their specific needs. Dianne's background in dance and her daily practise serves as a constant source of inspiration and guidance for her teaching.
The studio offers a range of classes throughout the week, both in-studio and online, to accommodate different schedules and preferences. From online classes for experienced students to in-studio sessions at Tri Shine, there is a class for everyone. Private sessions are also available by appointment to provide one-on-one guidance and assistance.
In each class, students are safely guided through various yoga postures, ensuring proper alignment and promoting flexibility and structural support. Postures are held to allow students to fully connect with their body, breath, and mind, fostering a deeper understanding and confidence in yoga. The benefits of regular practise are manifold, including increased energy, body awareness, mental clarity, inspiration, and overall better health.
To ensure personalised attention and space for individual growth, class sizes at Yoga Light are kept small, typically with 8–12 students. Yoga mats are required and students are encouraged to bring their own, although other props are available for use in the studio.
Yoga Light offers flexible pricing options to cater to different needs and budgets. New clients can take advantage of the Intro Offer, which includes two weeks of unlimited yoga classes for $50. Single classes can be purchased for $30, and a 10 Class Pass is available for $250, valid for three months. For those looking for more dedicated guidance, private tuition sessions can be booked for $120 per hour.
There is also a three-month unlimited classes membership available for $490, allowing members to attend as many classes as they wish within that timeframe.
