Yoga Motion is a warm and inviting yoga studio located in Slough. The classes at Yoga Motion are led by Janette Moy, an experienced and dedicated yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga since 2002. Janette's classes are known for their variety, creativity, and depth. Each week, she brings something new and inspiring to the practise, ensuring that students continue to learn and grow.
In our classes, we focus on the fundamentals of yoga, including asanas (physical poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. We encourage students to listen to their bodies and practise with mindfulness and awareness.
