She has completed a year-long Diploma of Yoga Studies – Teacher Training at the Yoga Institute in Sydney, which follows a breath-centred approach based on the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya.
In addition, Vicki continues to deepen her knowledge and expertise through further studies, including trauma-sensitive yoga, yoga for cancer, and yoga for mental health. This commitment to ongoing education and learning ensures that she can offer her students the most effective and safe practises.
With a background in Psychology, Vicki brings a unique perspective to her yoga teaching. She incorporates yoga tools such as asana (physical poses), breathing techniques, and guided relaxation into her classes. By linking the breath, body, and mind, she creates a moving meditation experience that helps students develop focus, calmness, and balance.
