The journey began with sharing various philosophies and practices on YouTube, making yoga accessible to all during challenging times. Embracing the digital era, the studio launched online courses in August 2020, offering flexibility for students balancing work and family commitments. These online courses have brought the essence of yogic lifestyle into homes, enriching lives and fostering a ripple of positivity.

Yoga Point offers a rich tapestry of courses, both residential and online, to cater to diverse needs. From Teacher Training Courses (TTC) in Yoga Therapy, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, and Children’s Yoga, to specialized programs in Advanced Pranayama, Yoga Psychology, and Meditation, there is something for everyone. The ashram itself thrives with beauty and sustainability, cultivating a bounty of organically-grown fruits and vegetables, and utilizing solar energy and rainwater harvesting for a greener future.
