Group yoga classes are also available at YogaSoftley, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for practitioners of all levels. The restorative and therapeutic yoga class, held every Monday from 6pm to 7. 15pm via Zoom, offers a gentle and rejuvenating practise that promotes relaxation and healing. For early birds, the Hatha yoga class on Mondays from 9am to 10.
30am, influenced by Scaravelli and Somatics, provides a balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Additionally, on Thursdays, there is a Zoom and in-person session at Elizabeth House Community Centre in Highbury from 9am to 10am, as well as a Zoom session at 6. 30pm.
YogaSoftley is committed to making yoga accessible to the community, which is why a community yoga class is offered every Tuesday from 9. 30am to 10. 45am. This class is available both via Zoom and in-person at the Elizabeth House Community Centre.
