Lucy is a Yoga Alliance certified 500-hour yoga teacher, a certified flexibility and mobility coach, breathwork instructor, and meditation teacher. She blends ancient yoga traditions with modern science, giving students the tools to feel well and at home in their bodies.
Lucy knows that yoga is not a one-size-fits-all practise. She creates varied classes, programmes, and workshops that meet individuals wherever they are on their yoga journey. By focusing on listening to one's body and tuning into the breath, Lucy helps build self-awareness, confidence, and inner strength, both on and off the mat.
At YOGASTRONG, the goal is to align the mind, body, and breath, fostering strength and resilience. This holistic approach helps people feel more at ease and in tune with themselves daily.
YOGASTRONG offers a range of yoga, mobility, and flexibility classes to promote overall well-being. There are five classes weekly, with two in-person sessions and three online options. From the gentle Restore & Balance class on Tuesdays to the dynamic vinyasa flow on Saturday mornings, each session combines breathwork, meditation, and movement to help participants live with intention and build a strong sense of self.
