On Tuesday evenings, there is a Vinyasa Slow Flow class from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. For those looking for a midday session, there is an all-levels yoga class on Fridays from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

In addition to regular classes, Yoga Tree Leeds also hosts various workshops and events focused on specific themes and topics. One such workshop is the Yoga Menopause workshop, a 2. 5-hour session aimed at providing support and guidance for women going through menopause. This workshop is scheduled for Saturday, 13th January from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm.

For beginners looking to learn the foundations of yoga, Yoga Tree Leeds offers a comprehensive 6-week beginners course. This course starts on Monday, 15th January, and continues every Monday for 6 weeks from 1:20 pm to 2:20 pm. This course provides a nurturing environment for beginners to learn the basics of yoga and build a strong foundation for their practise.

Yoga Tree Leeds also organises Women's Circle events, which provide a safe space for women to connect, share, and support each other. One of the upcoming Women's Circle events is focused on “Creating Boundaries” and will be held on Saturday, 3rd February from 10:30 am to 12:45 pm.

For those seeking a unique and immersive experience, Yoga Tree Leeds offers a Yoga/Gong Sound Bath. This session combines the therapeutic effects of yoga with the soothing sounds of gongs, creating a deep sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. The next Yoga/Gong Sound Bath session is scheduled for Sunday, 25th February from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm.
