With Fiona are designed to promote mindful movement and deep rest. Fiona's own experience with stress, burnout, and chronic illness has shaped her teaching style, which focuses on calming and soothing the nervous system through breath work, meditation, and physical movement. These practises have brought her immense healing, and she is passionate about sharing them with her students.
The Yoga with Fiona studio offers a variety of classes to cater to different levels and needs. One popular class is “Unwind Gentle Hatha Yoga” which takes place on Mondays from 6:45pm to 7:45pm at the Ranmoor Parish Centre. This class is suitable for all levels and provides a gentle and relaxing practise.
Another class offered is “Restore Yin Yoga & Meditation” which takes place on Mondays from 8:15pm to 9:15pm at the Ranmoor Parish Centre. This class is also suitable for all levels and focuses on deep stretching and meditation to restore the body and mind.
For those looking for a more dynamic practise, the “Flow Hatha Yoga & Breathwork” class is available on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Fulwood Old Chapel. This class combines flowing sequences with breathwork to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
In addition to indoor classes, Yoga with Fiona also offers outdoor yoga classes during the summer months. These classes take place at the Flying Horse Lawn and are suitable for all levels. They provide an opportunity to reconnect with nature while practising yoga.
