In this classes I will take you through Vinyasa Yoga .
What is Vinyasa Yoga? It's a style of yoga inside Hatha Yoga , which is the branch of Yoga that is referred to the physical practice and the breath practices. In a Vinyasa class we work towards synchronizing the breath with the movement.
What can you expect from the classes
We'll start with some slow movements, warming up the muscles and building the heat towards the peak of the class where you will be building strength and endurance. At the end, cooling down with some balancing poses, stretches and the last pose to rest before we get going with the rest of our day.
The classes target all levels. There will be different options for the poses so you can choose what feels best for your body each day. You can make the movements harder or easier according your needs.
You don't need to be flexible to do Yoga, all you need is being open to move with your body and your breath. And have some fun in the way, of course!
All levels and ages are welcome!
This class is ideal if you are...
- someone e who wants to work out the body and relax the mind at the same time
- someone who is going through a stressing situation can benefits from deep breathing and synchronized movement (with the breath)
- someone who is interested in new types of training the muscles and tissues to build endurance (no impact)
- someone who wants to build flexibility but strength at the same time (we'll work on these two together)
- someone who wants to have a healthy spine and decrease back pain*
